PE55 / PA55 / PB43
Electric power in the workshop, compressed air at a service station or batteries on a mobile job: PE55, PA55 and PB43 offer different drive options. HTPP requires a configuration for double acting cylinders.
01 / Electric hydraulic pump
The PE55 family is an option where mains power is available. Supply voltage, controls and the intended operating routine are agreed with WSD GmbH before selecting the unit.
02 / Pneumatic hydraulic pump
The PA55 family is driven by compressed air. It suits consideration at workshops and service stations with an appropriate air supply. Both inlet pressure and available air flow matter.
03 / Battery hydraulic pump
The PB43 family offers mobile pump power without a mains connection during operation. Valve and reservoir options, together with charging arrangements, are selected for the intended press application.
A family name is not approval for every pairing. WSD GmbH considers the complete configuration of press, pump and lines.
What electrical or compressed-air supply is available? How mobile must the system be? Battery applications also require appropriate charging equipment and an agreed work cycle.
HTPP uses a double acting cylinder. The valve, two working lines and connections must provide the appropriate advance and retract functions.
Usable oil, cylinder geometry, returning oil, hose volume and reserve are considered together. Nominal reservoir volume alone is insufficient for selection.

The hoses connect the pump and press cylinder. An HTPP system needs a matched line set rated for 700 bar, with suitable connections. Length and routing depend on the working area around the track.

A suitable gauge displays the hydraulic pressure. Range, connection and installation position must match the circuit. A pressure reading does not replace checks of tooling, track condition and permissible loads.

FAQ
PE55, PA55 and PB43 are pump families to consider for a configured system. Double acting valve control, oil requirements, connections and power supply determine the choice. WSD GmbH checks the specific combination.
Send the nameplate, valve designation, reservoir data and connection photographs. A 700 bar rating alone does not establish suitability. WSD GmbH checks the pump data against the proposed system.
The supply or rental scope is agreed individually. Pump, two working lines, couplings, gauge, tooling and transport case can be selected together.
No. The HTPP series has a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar. The range up to 4,000 bar refers to separate specialist hydraulics offered by WSD GmbH.
