Enquiries and attachments
The form processes company and contact details, enquiry type, machine information, your message, optional rental details and attachments to handle your enquiry and prepare a potential business relationship. Enquiries and files are stored in WSD GmbH’s hosting account outside the public website directory. A notification containing the details and attachments is also submitted for email delivery to info@wsd-tools.de. Technical acceptance for sending does not confirm receipt in the mailbox. The default setting removes enquiries and files after 90 days on subsequent submissions; emails and documents retained for handling the enquiry follow the retention criteria below.
Legal basis and retention
Enquiries concerning a potential contract are processed for pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is needed for handling the enquiry and any applicable statutory retention duties. Contact WSD for access or deletion requests.
Technical operation
This independent website runs on WSD GmbH’s All-Inkl webspace, provided by Neue Medien Münnich GmbH (ALL-INKL.COM). Technical connection data and server logs may be processed. The enquiry form uses a technically necessary session cookie with security attributes to protect against cross-site submissions. An hourly identifier derived from the connection address using a secret key limits abusive requests. Old rate-limit data is cleared on subsequent submissions after at most 25 hours. Language preference is kept in sessionStorage for the browser session only. No additional analytics or advertising trackers are installed.
External links and WhatsApp
The manufacturer, WSD website, Google Maps and WhatsApp are opened through ordinary links. Their own processing applies once opened. Only upload documents needed for your technical enquiry.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to a competent data protection authority. Contact: info@wsd-tools.de.
